Welcome to Vancouver Public Schools Online Payment System

This site allows parents and/or students the ability to view and/or pay for any open fines and fees.  It also provides parents and patrons the opportunity to purchase Swim Sessions using their VISA, MasterCard, Discover or VISA Debit cards.

Select your student's name once logged in.

If you choose your own name or a different student's name, the funds will not be displayed correctly.

 


Parents/Guardians

Username: ParentVUE email address

To access InTouch for your students, use the email address associated with your ParentVue account

Password: Set Password

Create your own password.

Click Set Password and follow the steps.

Once your password is set, log in above.

Once Signed In:

  1. Check for Outstanding Fines/Fees:

    • Click on your student's name.
    • If the student has any outstanding fines or fees, a message will appear in a red box.

  2. To Pay a Fine or Fee:

    • Click on 'View' in the red box or click on the 'Pay Fines/Fees' button under Shop.
    • On the fines/fees page, you can view the details.
    • To make a payment, place a checkmark in the Pay box and then click the 'Pay Selected Fines/Fees' button to add it to your shopping cart.

  3. To Make a Purchase:

    • Click on the 'Items At Student's School' button.
    • Open the applicable category/season.
    • Select the item(s) you wish to purchase.
    • Click on the Cart to complete your purchase.

1st Time Guests

A guest account allows you to make purchases without being associated with a parent or student account. This is ideal for services such as:

  • Swim Lessons
  • Party Rentals
  • Building Rentals
  • Lifeguard Fees

Important: Do not use a guest account if you have a student in the Vancouver School District.
